I usually hide some parts of the body or use other tricks to visualize each parts as a simple shape to focus on the arcs, tbe spacing and the timing! Give a different look to your shot to re-fresh your eyes! This is something I always do…change shader, use flat light, visualize black silhouette, put a filter on your video playblast, constrain a simple shape like a ball or a cube to body parts to simulate the same movement but with clearest shapes!
