Kenobi takes place 10 years after the events of Revenge of the Sith and nine years before A New Hope, during Obi-Wan’s time on Tatooine as a Jedi-in-hiding. While exact plot points have not been revealed, Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy has teased the “rematch of the century,” between Obi-Wan and Vader, which is all but confirmed by Christensen’s casting. An appearance by Luke would also not be out of the question, given the timeline.
