Berlin director/animator Cornelius Joksch says his new tragicomedy Oh, Darling, a quirky passion project about an obsessive but clumsy bird lover, “is about accidentally destroying something you like.”

Cornelius Joksch: “I’ve been working on this film over the course of three years on the side – next to working as a freelance designer and animator.
“Also for good chunks of time I’ve been working on it on my own – which helps explain the comparably long production time. In the later production stages, I got some help from friends as you can see in the credits.”
