Disney has announced it’s accepting applications for its 2022 2D/hand-drawn trainee program. Designed for emerging artists, the program offers up to a 12-month paid position at Walt Disney Animation Studios. Selected participants will cross train across the hand-drawn crafts of character animation, effects animation, and cleanup under the mentorship of such iconic masters as Eric Goldberg, Mark Henn, Randy Haycock, and Rachel Bibb.
The program begins February 2022; applications must be received by January 23, 2022, 11:59 PM PST.
